A Diet-Friendly Service

Maintaining a diet can be quite difficult at times, one must have much discipline and dedication, and if you are like me and love eating food, it becomes more complicated, and even more so if you are a fan of takeout. I have many acquaintances who are consistent and enjoy working out, similar to myself, but we always struggle when we’re out and our only option for eating is either too greasy, too high in sodium, too high on fat, or even too low on calories or protein. I would like to introduce an app/service to solve this issue in many people’s lives. I eat Q, the app in which the client can input their caloric, protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake. The client would be shown different tasty options for a personalized meal that goes according to their diet. The data is analyzed by AI computer calculations, and options like the plate and serving size, main and side dishes, would be shown along with their nutrition facts and correlation with the client’s chosen diet.

The meals would be prepared with either lower or higher amounts of each macronutrient, the client would also be able to order shakes. A partnership with a brand such as GNC would only further push the service forward, it would be ideal to have a convenience store or products for maximum diet optimization, for instance: fiber pills, creatine powder, glutamine powder, and so on. This app would not only help people maintain a diet but also push and leverage performance with products for muscle growth, fat loss (CLA), melatonin to help recover muscle in a smoother fashion, etc. A reward program would also be implemented and even discounts from time to time to people for attending a gym or sports program to encourage people to keep a healthy body, with validation of course. I eat Q is a promise to enhance diets and favor healthier nutrition in people of all ages.

The service would not necessarily be exclusive to people who work out, some people simply like maintaining a fixed diet and staying on their current weight. Some people don’t really have time to work out, but a diet can work with anyone and should be a matter of high importance for everybody.
